The Latest: Tiger Woods to enter diversion program Oct. 25

A Florida prosecutor says Tiger Woods has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence and will enter a diversion programme later this year. The report came complete with photos of Woods and Smith on what appears to be Woods yacht.

As everyone knows, Tiger Woods is fastidious about the propriety of his romantic liaisons.

Smith, who owns a Dallas-area personal styling company called The CLAD Life, impressed the editors with her resemblance to Woods' former wife Elin Nordegren and Lindsey Vonn, who he had a three-year relationship with.

The Daily Mail claimed to have the first photos of the two as a couple, claiming they were taken July 31 near Albany in the Bahamas, where Woods has a residence and posted from on Twitter that he had been grabbing lobsters bare-handed in the ocean. Woods claimed he was under the influence of a bad mix of medicine, including prescription painkillers, at the time of the DUI and no alcohol was found in his system.

Meanwhile, Woods pleaded not guilty Wednesday via a lawyer to the DUI charge from his May arrest at the wheel of his vehicle.

Woods' lawyer Douglas Duncan earlier confirmed that the 41-year-old golfer will be absent during the court hearing that was scheduled Wednesday at the Palm Beach Gardens courthouse in Florida through an email that was reportedly sent to The Associated Press.

Palm Beach County prosecutor Adrienne Ellis stressed that Woods was not being treated any differently than anyone else.
