Kim Kardashian Corrects Critics Over Son Saint's Car Seat

In the comments, many people argued the vehicle seat position was unsafe and broke California state law that requires toddlers under 2 to sit in rear-facing seats.

"So I took a photo of Saint and he was sitting forward and so they say for his age, he should be rear-facing", Kim said in the video.

In a new video, Kardashian explained that Saint West meets those requirements.

Kim Kardashian is laying to rest criticism over her parenting.

At the time, people commented on the photo saying it was "unsafe" and claiming Saint should be in a forward-facing seat until he is two years old.

The reality star recently defended her parenting skills in a new video, which we first read about on People.

These comments have been very upsetting and Kim has responded in the form of a video titled "FACTS" which she has shared on her personal website.

Some pointed out that the toddler should be in a rear-facing seat for his safety.

'He is so cute let's protect this handsome boy by making sure is rear facing, ' posted follower Margaret Diaz, who was just one of the 1.8 thousand commenters.

She went on to reveal that Saint actually weighs more than her daughter North, the 36-year-old mum added: "If that is believable, he does, and it is wild". "Please turn his vehicle seat around, it's not too late!"

California law states, "Children under 2 years of age shall ride in a rear-facing vehicle seat unless the child weighs 40 or more pounds OR is 40 or more inches tall".
