No 'Good will' for Harvey Weinstein

Ben Affleck Angry About Harvey Weinstein Allegations

Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein may have kickstarted the careers of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon with their breakout hit "Good Will Hunting", but the Cambridge compadres aren't letting the growing claims of sexual assault and harassment against the former Miramax chief slide.

"I didn't forget... I was a kid", Burton tweeted in response to a fan who brought up the incident, which occurred in 2001 when she was 18.

However, Burton wasn't the only female star who was shocked by Affleck's remarks.

After claiming on Twitter that Ben groped her, Hilarie provided some context for what she was claiming by posting a Vimeo video clip in the same Twitter thread.

"And then he comes over and tweaks my left boob!" Additionally, there is a clip of Ben being interviewed by Hilarie where he says, "How old are you?" So I did, and that's what I said to her.

Burton, who has been The Walking Dead's Jeffrey Dean Morgan's partner since 2009, would have been 21 at the time of the incident, and Affleck 31. But she was paying attention, as evidenced when Shanice Brim reminded another user that Affleck once groped Burton on TRL. She then went on to star on "One Tree Hill" as Peyton Sawyer and has since appeared on "White Collar", "Extant", "Grey's Anatomy" and TV's "Lethal Weapon".

In a statement on Tuesday, Affleck said in part: "I am saddened and angry that a man who I worked with used his position of power to intimidate, sexually harass and manipulate many women over decades". The fan replied, "I'm so sorry that happened to you".

Affleck and his brother Casey had been called out on Twitter for their silence by actress and alleged Weinstein victim Rose McGowan. She reportedly settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against Weinstein in 1997.

"Girls. I'm so impressed with you courageous ones", Burton tweeted, posting a link to a video of an episode of TRL outtakes.
