"Prior to the incidents involving Plaintiff, the Companies' executives, officers, directors, managing agents, and employees had actual knowledge of Weinstein's repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women", says the seven claim jury seeking complaint filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court by Gloria Allred for a Jane Doe who alleges two vile incidents with the now ex-TWC co-chair in 2015 and 2016".
She claims one incident happened in 2015 at the Montage hotel where they met to discuss a new show called Marco Polo. According to the suit, during the meeting Weinstein announced that he wanted to masturbate in front of her. She alleges he grabbed her wrists and masturbated in front of her.
But she says her insistence was ignored and that Weinstein then "forcefully threw her" on the bed, pulled down her jeans and performed oral sex on her. Weinstein has denied non-consensual contact with any women.
Weinstein's reps spoke to TMZ to deny the allegations: 'Mr.
"Weinstein obviously cant speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual", said the representative.
The woman said she tried to get away, but Weinstein "used his massive weight and strength" to penetrate her without a condom.
The New York Police Department is now gathering evidence against Weinstein after detectives interviewed actress Paz de la Huerta, who claims Weinstein raped her twice in 2010. After he withdrew, he gripped her with one hand while using his other hand to masturbate.
It was also recently claimed Weinstein had allegedly hired private security agencies in an attempt to silence sexual assault and harassment allegations against him. The actress never received a job offer for the TV show, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit states claims of sexual battery, assault, and negligence, and seeks compensatory and punitive damages.
