Warner Bros. to Shake Up DC Films in Wake of Justice League

Superman Had Another Iconic Costume In Justice League Deleted Scene
Varietyreports that veteran producer Jon Berg, who a year ago was appointed alongside DC Entertainment's Geoff Johns to supervise the slate of films based on DC Comics properties, will step aside, and instead work as a production partner of Roy Lee (The LEGO Movie).
With Justice League performing well below expectations with just $571 million worldwide so far, there's a DC shake up in the works, as Jon Berg will be leaving Warner Bros.to partner with producer Roy Lee, who has a deal on the lot.
It's noted both Jon Berg and Geoff Johns were intimately involved in the production of Justice League. While hecklers and observers opine that the studio could have earned $6 billion had "Justice League" performed well, there is no denying that the movie has still made a contribution to its studio.
Variety reports that Emmerich will immediately look to hire a new executive to oversee the DCEU, and that he's considering integrating DC's film operations into the main studio.
Wagner confirmed in an interview with Inverse that the costume, although looking "cool" and being teased for a full year, simply "didn't [make].the final cut".
The film was meant to be the studio's answer to Marvel's The Avengers, but as a comparable superhero pic Justice League has been grossing far less at the box office than WB had hoped, and reviews have been unkind. Let us know what you think in the comments below... Berg (Argo, Live by Night) with his connection to Ben Affleck, and Johns-who came up in the industry with geeky fanboy king of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, and successfully launched the successful TV arm of DC Entertainment-would try to bring order to the floundering franchise.
According to the post, the Warner Brothers is thinking of packaging the film as part of a Superman trilogy, mixing in a copy of Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and an extended cut of JL along with the superhero team-up movie's home release.
