Activision has released a 2-minute trailer on what to expect as our heroes step foot on The Darkest Shore.

While the previous Call of Duty trailer focused on the new maps coming in the DLC pack, this video showcases the new Nazi Zombies chapter that Resistance will introduce, The Darkest Shore. This downloadable content is the next chapter in the Zombies saga for Call of Duty WW2 and follows Doktor Staub to an island that's north of Germany where he commands a zombie horde.

Except for The Darkest Shore, in addition, The Resistance includes three new maps for multiplayer and another location for "War". There is also an added layer of suspense with the thick fog blanketing the island. Here, they will uncover more secrets about the zombie apocalypse and sinister Nazi scientist Dr. Straub, played by Udo Kier of 2001: A Space Odyssey fame. I'd still like to see a full blown Zombies title someday, preferably by Treyarch but I will take what I can get. You can get this content by either purchasing the season pass for $49.99 or by buying it a la carte for $14.99.

Call of Duty: WWII's first major DLC, Resistance, launches later this month, and Activision has shared another new preview video for the expansion ahead of its release. If you're a PC or Xbox One player, you'll have to wait a little longer as the DLC comes out on those platforms in early March.
