Now, an alleged sketch of the Mi Mix 2S has surfaced on the interwebs along with its specs, which shows off a completely different design than the one seen in the photos that leaked earlier.

Instead of the Xiaomi Mi 7, the second-largest Chinese smartphone company is rumored to launch the Mi MIX 2s bezel-less smartphone with Snapdragon 845 processor at the MWC 2018.

Xiaomi has already started Oreo testing for Mi 6. Apart from this, some major changes are made to the phone's hardware that already make it much better than its predecessor Mi 6.

According to the image, the Mi 7 will have a 5.65-inch 1080p display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, and 8GB RAM.

If existing reports are to be believed, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S will cost about 3,000 Yuan in China, which translates to around Rs. 29,770.

It would be a great thing if Xiaomi launches the upcoming flagship phone with Oreo out of the box. The photos indicate that the device will feature nearly no bezels on all the sides, and will get a small notch on the right corner of the screen, where the selfie shooter will be placed.

Judging by the name of the handset, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S is not expected to have significant changes in design and features over the original Mi MIX 2. Interestingly, an unofficial render leaked by Nigerian site Ninjatech suggests Mi 7 might feature a traditional fingerprint scanner on the back, like the Galaxy S8. Now, the new leaks reveal some key details about the company's first flagship smartphone of 2018. It will have 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The smartphone is also rumoured to sport a 12-megapixel dual camera setup on its back. We would take the information on the screenshot with a grain of salt. Xiaomi updated 40 of its devices, including some 5-year old Mi phones to MIUI 9, so it won't make sense for Mi7 to run on an older UI version. Also, the display aspect ratio is expected to be 19:5:9 and not the traditional 18:9 aspect ratio.
