Asus Zenfone 5 Lite leaked with four cameras, FHD+ 18:9 display
Published the first three-dimensional render of the smartphone Asus ZenFone 5, before the announcement of which remained about two weeks. The company will be unveiling the Zenfone 5 and the Zenfone 5 max Pro at the MWC 2018, while the flagship Zenfone 5z will launch sometime in June 2018.
According to reports, the dual camera setup on this smartphone will like be the one found on LG's flagships(wide angle lens).
The display has an 18:9 aspect ratio but with thicker bezels compared to the Zenfone 5. The fingerprint scanner is placed just below the dual camera setup. The teaser image posted on the company's social media handles hints the launch of Zenfone 5 devices on the show floor. The phone will also pack dual cameras on the front which will consist of two 20MP sensors. Both the front and rear cameras on this device come accompanied by a LED flash.
Apparently, Asus is lining up an iPhone X clone of its own in the shape of ZenFone 5. Internal storage capacity will be 32 or 64 GB depending on version, the front panel closes strengthened glass Gorilla Glass 5, which will be screen at 5.7 inches with very high resolution Quad HD+ or 2880х1440 pixels.
Furthermore, there's a 3.5 mm headphone jack up top, and, a USB port at the bottom flanked by speaker and microphone grilles.
Asus is all set to launch its new Zenfone 5 series of smartphones later this month at MWC 2018 in Barcelona. The Zenfone 5 Lite will feature a USB Type-C port and a fingerprint sensor as well. It should be running the ZenUI based on Android 8.0 Oreo. Qualcomm is also expected to showcase the Snapdragon 670 at MWC 2018, so Asus might be the first manufacturer to incorporate the mid-range processor on its smartphone.
