The first night of coverage albeit not an official one takes a dramatic drop among adults 18-49

North Korea's state news agency said on Sunday (Feb 11) that its delegation sent to the Winter Olympics had held "frank and candid" talks with South Korean President Moon Jae In but there was no mention of the North's invitation to Mr Moon to Pyongyang for a summit.

The pair were actually kicked out of last night's opening ceremony in South Korea's PyeongChang, but not before making a call for peace.

In the front row of the grandstand, United States' Vice-President Mike Pence stood to wave and applaud the U.S. team as they made their circuit of the stadium.

The real leaders did not attend the event but the U.S. was represented by Vice President Mike Pence while Kim's sister, Kim Yo-jong, attended the ceremony along with the country's titular president Kim Yong-nam.

Local media in South Korea initially reported that the technical disruptions were caused by some sort of cyberattack, but Olympic Games spokesman Sung Baik-you said there is no such evidence of such activity, at least not yet.

Meanwhile, in South Korea, there was the realization of the divide between an older generation who may still dream of reconciliation and younger people who are more cynical.

His father and President Trump have both stated unequivocally that he was the victim of torture by Kim Jong Un's regime.

He added that United States and allied military exercises will be delayed until after the end of the Winter Olympics on February 25.

No. Olympic competitors from North Korea - housed at the Gangneung Olympics village - will be shacked up with their own minder who will go to extreme lengths, like following them into the bathroom, to guarantee their whereabouts at all times.

Kim Yo Jung, the leader's sister, also spoke of her brother's "intention" but did not elaborate on what that was, during the Saturday lunchtime talks.

An early shot by North Korea's Han Soojin might have made a statement, if not altered the outcome.

After the game, the top North Korean officials and the South Korean president joined Bach in greeting the Korean players and posing for pictures with them.

"I am open to any form of meeting, including a summit, if these are necessary to improve inter-Korean relations and resolve the North Korean nuclear issue", Moon told more than 200 reporters at the Blue House in January.
