Philadelphia Eagles Patrick Robinson 30 will sign with the Saints in free agency according to reports

The deal can not become official until the new league year opens Wednesday at 4 p.m. According to ESPN's Dan Graziano, the deal is worth up to $20 million over four years, with $10 million in guaranteed money.

Drafted 32nd overall in the 2010 NFL Draft out of Florida State, Robinson was the first draft selection by the Saints following their first Super Bowl victory over the Indianapolis Colts. The Philadelphia Eagle is expected to sign a 4-year deal with the Saints. But Robinson would certainly represent an upgrade over Johnson Bademosi at cornerback and give them a reliable underneath corner. Five seasons later, Robinson ended up being the latest patron of the Saints' revolving door and cornerback during the Drew Brees-Sean Payton era. His 50-yard interception return for a touchdown in the NFC Championship Game against the Minnesota Vikings catalyzed a franchise-altering blowout and stands as one of the most memorable plays in an unforgettable season.

Well, it looks like Patrick Robinson will head back to the team that he started his career with. He gets a four-year deal, an unusually long contract for a player in his 30s.

The Eagles are inevitably going to miss Robinson in their secondary.

Robinson, who is entering his eighth season in the National Football League has seen his value skyrocket this past season.

With Darby immediately lining up on the outside, Robinson found a home lining up over the slot.
