Beyonce Will Reportedly Reunite Destiny's Child at Coachella

She paid tribute to Nina Simone and Malcolm X as part of her set. Bey's sister Solange Knowles also stepped out on the stage to dance along to "Get Me Bodied".

Beyoncé just finished up her headline set at Coachella and she surprised punters with a Destiny's Child reunion.

The stage was filled with a marching band and huge numbers of dancers with Beyoncé opening with "Crazy In Love". While it's uncertain why Beyonce let go of the dancers, Cardi is reportedly hiring four or five for her team.

Beyonce was scheduled to headline Coachella past year but had to call off the performance due to her pregnancy with twins Rumi and Sir.




Prior to her headline show, Beyonce asked fans to refrain from posting photos of her performance, using pre-approved shots.

Beyonce is the first black woman to headline Coachella. The trio continue performed in the 2013 Super Bowl halftime show. She had to cancel her performance previous year due to her pregnancy with twins Sir and Rumi Carter.

Kelly and Michelle came out towards the end of their former bandmate's set, delighting the crowd with performances of Lose My Breath and Soldier. Additionally, Beyoncé and Jay Z's forthcoming On The Run 2 Tour kicks off in June in Europe, then comes to the U.S.in July.

Beyonce already has a solo performance schedule for Saturday, leading many to assume that her old bandmates will simply join her on stage. Costumes honored the fictional Beta Delta Kappa fraternity, which members of the Beyhive on quickly schemed to pledge to on social media.
