Grafton couple killed in Coshocton County plane crash

Emergency crews have responded to an apparent plane crash in western Albemarle County near Crozet, WVAW reports.

Sgt. Orlando Moreno with Texas Department of Public Safety said that the fire that started from the crash didn't spread because it wasn't very windy Sunday morning.

According to the FAA a Beechcraft Bonanza was traveling from Elyria, Ohio to Deland Florida when it crashed about five miles west of Blissfied. A resident located the mangled remains of the aircraft just before 10 a.m. Monday in the woods, officials said.

The NTSB will be taking over the investigation to determine a cause.




Two people have died in a plane crash in Parmer County.

The DPS identified the victims as Clayton Sides, 25, of Dimmitt and Thomas Jacob Hefner, 25 of Bovina.
