Pokemon Nintendo Switch Is Apparently Getting Announced This Month And Will “Raise Eyebrows” Shannon Grixti
This has been marked as rumour simply because at this point in time it's not clear who has registered the domain names, but either Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, or an individual, has registered the domain names for Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Pokemon Let's Go Eevee.
Pokemon Go was originally released for iOS and Android back in 2016. Now, the company CSC Corporate Domains registered the websites pokemonletsgopikachu.com and pokemonletsgoeevee.com on May 15th. "How could Switch benefit from Pokémon Go's success, and how could Pokemon Go benefit from Switch's success?" a post on Roger's blog reads.
Apparently, there will be two version of the upcoming role-playing game: PokemonLet's Go!
The idea of console and mobile games working together isn't a new one, but it's something that video game developers have cooled off on over the past few years as they focus on making the experiences on each platform the best they can be rather than intertwining them. However, it does seem like the current plan for the Nintendo Switch versions of Pokemon is for the games to serve as a remake of Pokemon Yellow. Looks like Nintendo Switch users might be getting that after all.
This news that a Pokemon game will be coming to Nintendo Switch has been building for a while now.
Imagine being able to square off with other players' teams of Pokemon after you've caught them in the wild in Pokemon GO. Naturally then, people have been speculating when the "Pokemon Go" style game will come to the Nintendo Switch. We don't know yet if Nintendo is preparing to reveal a new pair of Pokémon titles or if they're just trying to keep domain squatters from potentially adding further fuel to the rumor mill.
