Research says Multiverse may not be a non-supporter of life

High dark energy levels in Multiverse doesn't mean life can't exist outside our Universe

A team of scientists from the United Kingdom and Australia made this finding while studying "dark energy" - the mysterious force accelerating the expansion of the universe. He further added that just a small portion of the "baby universes" take birth so that they possess the adequate quantity of "dark energy", something that is required to support life. "So why such a paltry amount of dark energy in our universe?"

Multiverse is a concept according to which we are in one of the several universes, in which the dark energy composition is low.

Researchers from Durham have concluded in their study that this universe with planets and life would have still happened even if there was 100 times more dark energy present.

Scientists are yet to agree on the existence of a multiverse where our universe is only one of many, but if it does, it might not be as inhospitable to life as previously thought.

Now new research led by Durham University, UK, and Australia's University of Sydney, Western Sydney University and the University of Western Australia has portrayed that life could possibly be habitual throughout the multiverse.

"We found in the simulation that the universe, which is much darker than our energy, can happily form stars".

Experts are now looking to come up with a new physics law which could explain the property of the universe.

The team has published its results in the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

As mentioned above, the team managed to arrive at these conclusions using a sophisticated computer simulation - specifically the EAGLE (Evolution and Assembly of Galaxies and their Environments) projects.

The matter of dark energy has been a hot topic among scientists for quite some time, and it's becoming increasingly clear that we don't have a solid grasp on how it functions - a fact reinforced by the fact that we might have been wrong about the limitations of the energy all around. These universes will be filled with Earth-like planets, society, and even Alien life that may be very similar to ours.

The fact that the universe continues to expand means that it creates a multiverse: it is essentially our own infinite cosmic supply. This idea proves that life can exist anywhere in the Multiverse.

Finding Alien life has always been a priority for many scientists and enthusiasts, and the fact that this Alien life is likely to exist outside our universe is a source of comfort.
