It’s The Year Of Our Lord 2018 & The Backstreet Boys Just Put Out A New Tune

The Backstreet Boys released their first new song in years late Wednesday, lighting up social media.

But fans of the 1990s boyband need not worry - the group has retained its signature cheesy dance moves and slick choreography.

A music video featuring the tune was also released early Thursday.

Carter, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson, A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough will resume a 21-show Las Vegas residency in July. When that groove drops on the second verse, COME ON. Make sure you download it now!

"Our hearts feel like they're about to burst but they're definitely not breaking. because #DontGoBreakingMyHeart is the number one trending topic in the US!" The love song, now the number one trending topic in the USA on Twitter, comes a month after the group celebrated its 25th anniversary.

The group - whose last album was 2013's In a World Like This - are now planning to tour their new record around the world.

Produced by Jamie Hartman and Stuart Crichton, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" is a slice of chilled electro-pop and bears no similarity to Elton John andKiki Dee's hit '70s duet of the same name. The Backstreet Boys have sold over 100 million records worldwide.
