Cardi B and Offset Sued by Fan Who Was Attacked by Bodyguards

Autograph seeker claims Cardi B and Offset ordered entourage to beat him

The vehicle was completely destroyed and the "Bad and Boujee" rapper was sent to the hospital for minor injuries.

The Migos rapper "is expected to be ok" after a brief hospitalization and treatment for "minor injuries", according to TMZ.

The outlet added that Cardi B rushed to her fiance's side after learning about the accident. However, his auto was completely wrecked - a photo from the scene shows that the front of the lime green vehicle was completely destroyed. In a photo provided by TMZ, his auto looks to be totaled.

It's unclear at this point if anyone else was involved - but that seems unlikely since no one called police. In the report, he said that he was outside of The Mark Hotel shortly after 2am when Cardi came out and allegedly told him, "fuck outta here n*gga, I will slap the shit out of you".

The accident comes on the heels of news that the couple is being sued by the autograph seeker who was reportedly beaten up by the couple's entourage after a Met Gala after party. Offset also warned Arnold, yelling, "Shut up bro, before a n***a beat you out here".

In the lawsuit filed by Daniel Szalkiwicz, Arnold claims he tried to defuse the situation but in a matter of seconds, three bodyguards jumped him.

"Plaintiff, who never once physically lashed out at Defendants, laid on the ground protecting his face and body while the Unknown Assailants piled on top of him and continuously hit him", the suit alleges.
