Pippa Middleton says she hasn't had morning sickness like sister Kate Middleton

"I was lucky to pass the 12 week scan without suffering from morning sickness", she wrote in her column.

It's official! Kate Middleton is going to be an aunt for the first time.

The 34-year-old sister of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, was rumoured to be pregnant with her first child with husband James Matthews, and she has now officially confirmed the happy news.

Rumors about her pregnancy have been circulating for weeks, stemming from anonymous quotes in the Sunday Express back in April. "That meant I was able to carry on as normal and continue most of my sports with better knowledge and, more importantly, professionals to learn from".

"I've noticed my body change but through exercise I feel it's being strengthened", she wrote, assuring readers they would be kept up to date in the coming months.

Her sister, the Duchess of Cambridge, suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum during her pregnancies.

In her column for the United Kingdom magazine Waitrose, the 34-year-old wrote about her pregnancy, nearly two months after British tabloids reported on it.

People were quick to congratulate Middleton on news of her pregnancy.

She went on to demonstrate how to do squats, lunges and reverse flyes using lighter weights but said that pregnant women should avoid running. "Could I still work my abs?" she questioned.

Although the gender of the baby has not been announced, the couple may choose a family name such as Carole or Michael, Pippa's parents or those of James's parents, David or Jane.
