From Software's Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Set To Come Out 2019
11 June 2018, 06:02 | Cameron Gross
Sekiro is set in Ancient Japan
Unless From Software pops up again during Sony's E3 2018 press conference to explain how Bloodborne 2 is on its way, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is likely the only game we'll be getting from the Souls developers during E3 2018. Recent From Software projects, including the Dark Souls trilogy, were published by Bandai Namco. But don't let the fact that it actually happened put you off - we are still promised a "dark and twisted gameplay experience" in FromSoft tradition, as the reveal trailer makes clear. The trailer description explains this limb and some "powerful ninja abilities" will comprise your arsenal as you "carve your own clever path to vengeance".
Speaking of those two games, the gameplay in Sekiro Shadows Die Twice doesn't look too dissimilar to FromSoftware's signature look. It will be a third-person, action-adventure game with RPG elements. As "Sekiro", or the "one-armed wolf", players will discover the many ways to strategically approach combat and engage enemies.
