Kid Cudi

"Kids See Ghosts" was debuted by the two rappers at a big listening party event Thursday night in Los Angeles, Rolling Stone reported.

Fans, including West and Cudi, sat around a bonfire listening to the album.

In an effort to be hip with the kids, Kanye West and Kid Cudi planned to livestream a listening party for their new collaboration album, Kids See Ghost, on WAV but the entire ordeal was a hot mess. At points, Kanye and Cudi can be seen beaming as they listen to their new drop.

"Kids See Ghost is instantly a classic", wrote one listener on Twitter. Despite technical difficulties, fans took to social media to praise the long-awaited collaborative project.

The delays even went as far as the actual album release, which ended up being pushed back hours. "Kanye truly is a genius". As Pitchfork notes in a post of observations about the original stream, the album's final song prominently samples Kurt Cobain.

The pieces in this set were originally given out to attendees at the listening, featuring a coach jacket, hoodie, and long-sleeve T-shirt designed by OFF-WHITE™ founder Virgil Abloh and renowned Japanese artist Takashi Murakami.

Its safe to say the G.O.O.D Music takeover is in full effect at the moment.

Cudi is West's protege and worked with him on many of his biggest songs.
