Musk tells fans 'full self driving' Teslas are near, as investigators dig into Autopilot accidents
"With V9, we will begin to enable full self-driving features", Musk tweeted.

But Musk's promise of full self-driving comes at a tricky time for the company, which is facing increased regulatory scrutiny after two fatal crashes where drivers had engaged Autopilot.
According to Musk, Tesla "will begin to enable full self-driving features" in August with the release of Autopilot Version 9.
It would require any company making electric cars in california to be certified as having a "fair and responsible workplace" in order for those cars to get a special "clean vehicle rebate project" tax credit.
The agency's findings confirmed what Tesla had already said after the crash: The driver's hands weren't detected on the wheel six seconds before the crash. The Tesla Roadster will hit 100mph 2.3 seconds later, and Musk says it'll have a top speed of something like 250 miles per hour. "Maybe they will even allow a Tesla to fly..." Several other crashes have also been linked, at least tentatively, to Autopilot.
The morning crash in Mountain View on Highway 101 killed the driver, 38-year-old Walter Huang. It's created to fool the car's Autopilot-linked torque sensor into thinking the driver has their hands on the steering wheel.
Tesla's shares were last up 3.3 per cent at $327.93 on Monday after touching a high of $333.
Would you try the new Tesla Roadster with thrusters?
As to the benefits, Musk noted that "these rocket engines dramatically improve acceleration, top speed, braking & cornering".
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has provided more details about the SpaceX upgrade package the company will offer for its upcoming Roadster sports vehicle.
"Inevitably, somebody's not going to service their auto properly and they're going to drop a hubcap and it's going to guillotine somebody", Musk recently said at an event discussing his Boring Company's plans to build car-carrying tunnels under Los Angeles and other cities.
Tyson Fury wins comeback after opponent is retired
In his exile, Fury has not lost his off-beat sense of humour and it is another trait that appeals to fight fans and beyond. Seferi (23-2), a career cruiserweight, tried in vain to reach Fury's head with sluggish right uppercuts.
