Emile Ratelband said he would have better luck on Tinder if his age was changed

Mr Ratelband's case has now gone to a court in the city of Arnhmen in the eastern Dutch provice of Gelderland.

A 69-year-old man in the Netherlands wants to prove it's legally possible to be as old as you feel. "We can make our own decisions if we want to change our name, or if we want to change our gender". Several years ago, during an interview with a Christian magazine, Ratelband said Osama bin Laden was an "enlightened thinker", and that the 9/11 attack was "justified".

Ratelband says his age is unfairly holding him back, but he doesn't want to lie about it.

He said he wants to avoid age discrimination in society - especially on dating websites.

You can change your gender. He has asked for his date of birth to be changed from 11 March 1949 to 11 March 1969.

Ratelband is not a modest gentleman, describing himself as "a young god" with the face and body of a 45-year-old.

However, the court presented a similarly valid argument, saying that changing Ratelband's age would essentially mean legally deleting a period of his life.

The site also states that Ratelband's "age focus is to turn at least 94 years old and to then leave this world healthy and with pleasure".

Emile Ratelband is a television host.

"When I'm 69, I am limited" he says.

Kuijpers was asked if changing legal age should require health inspections to assess a person's "emotional age".

The judge argued what would be of Mr Ratelband's first 20 years if he was to delete them from his documents.

Ratelband, who makes a living urging people and businesses to be positive, denies that the age request is a publicity stunt.

'When I'm on Tinder and it say I'm 69, I don't get an answer.

The life coach, who specialises in "self awareness" training, said he felt discriminated against because of his advanced years.

He is expected to receive a verdict in the next four weeks.

He claims that companies are reluctant to hire someone his age as a consultant - adding that his move would actually benefit the government because he'd renounce his pension until he reaches retirement age again.
