The Duchess of Sussex has been laying low lately as she happily coasts toward her third trimester of pregnancy, but fans got a glimpse of her blossoming bump last night - and it's clearly popped!

The former first lady of the US was in London recently, where she met with Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.

On Christmas Eve, the royals are expected to do a walkabout in Sandringham, as the event is a royal tradition and will this year offer fans another glimpse at Markle's growing bump.

"Today we brought together university leaders, academics & #students to discuss how we can build a better world through #highered".

Discussions focused on the role of universities in addressing human trafficking and modern slavery, gender equality and inclusion, peace and reconciliation, and climate change and resilience.

Michelle continued by highlighting the importance of picking a project you're truly passionate about and dedicating yourself to it.

In that speech, the Northwestern University alum announced two new grants for women for the University of the South Pacific and Fiji National University, perhaps a sign of the collaboration to come.

Both Meghan and Kate turn away from each other - Meghan looks at the floor with a sheepish smile while Kate turns to her husband for support.

She said: "As a university graduate, I know the personal feeling of pride and excitement that comes with attending university. Because when girls are given the right tools to succeed, they can create incredible futures, not only for themselves but also for those around them". The fund was set up in memory of one of Prince William and Prince Harry's friends who died in a auto crash back in 2002.

The duchess's younger sister, Pippa, recently attended the Christmas Carol Service at St Luke's Church in England alongside her husband, James Matthews, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
