Monster Hunter: World’s The Witcher Cross-Over Event Will Begin in February
In a new Monster Hunter World update, players can look forward to a new cross-over with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Moreover, the "Monster Hunter World" anniversary event will run on all platforms, namely PS4, Xbox One and PC.
This update will reportedly weave in familiar RPG mechanics from The Witcher with Monster Hunter's game systems in undisclosed ways.
Not much is known about what the newest collaboration will bring but seeing Dough Cockle - Geralt's original voice actor - back in a game is incredible and ideal for any fan of the CD Projekt RED adventure.
World x The Witcher collaboration is set for release in early February. We couldn't have done it, of course, without the close collaboration of CD Projekt Red. Hopefully, more will be shown before the event releases.
One quest we know of will be "The Greatest Jagras" hunt, available for the first half of the celebration. A "special appreciation platter" will be made available in the Gathering Hub, and items/services at all facilities will be available at reduced costs.
What do you think about the latest crossover gear to land in Monster Hunter World? .
Later this year, Monster Hunter: World will also see its first big expansion in Iceborne which will bring with it new monsters, locations and quests ranks, among other features.
