BTS to attend the '2019 Grammy Awards' as presenters!

Cardi B and Bruno Mars

Members of K-pop band BTS will go to this year's Grammy Awards, a major music event to be held in Los Angeles on February 10, as award presenters, the boy band's agency said.

The Best Recording Package is awarded for "the visual look of an album" including the album cover, graphic arts and photography. The South Korean boyband is said to be gracing the prestigious music event for the first time to hand an award to an unrevealed category's victor.

The 2019 Grammy Awards are just five days away, and since no one wants to be that girl who missed Lady Gaga's infamous egg arrival, here's everything you need to know about watching the annual awards show.

The news was confirmed by a report from Variety on Monday (Tuesday in Manila). A report recently surfaced that BTS may be releasing their next album on September 18, but the group's agency, Big Hit Entertainment, has denied the rumored comeback date.

A source reportedly revealed Suga, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jin, Jimin, V and Jungkook would present an award during the live show. Other nominees for the category are St. Vincent's Masseduction, the Chairman's The Offering, Mitski's Be the Cowboy, and Foxhole's Well Kept Thing.

Sunday's Grammys will be hosted by American singer and songwriter Alicia Keys.

Rap superstar Kendrick Lamar is leading the Grammy pack with eight nominations.

The announced performers are Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Miley Cyrus, Dan + Shay, H.E.R., Little Big Town, Ricky Martin, Post Malone, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shawn Mendes, Janelle Monae, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves, Diana Ross and Ariana Grande.
