Anthem's Post-Launch Roadmap Detailed, Starts in March

Anthem Coming To PS5 With Game Save Files Carrying Over - Rumor

Check out the image below to see confirmation that the first "event" will be called Echoes of Reality, and will be available in March!

"We will be continuously supporting Anthem with new content, features, and quality-of-life fixes", BioWare explained.

"They're created to be more seasonal", executive producer Mark Darrah said to GamesRadar of the event. If Anthem is to be a competitor to games like Destiny and its ilk, the developers are going to need to keep that content coming in order to give players a reason to grind.

Strongholds represent some of the longest and most hard challenges in Anthem, and players will need to assemble a team to tackle them. Finally, the third update will introduce Anthem's first Cataclysm, a type of time-limited world event said to be partly inspired by Fortnite's long-game seasonal narratives. He described them as "content that you engage with for weeks", which would come out less frequently than new challenges, events, and strongholds.

To start, three extra difficulty modes will be unlocked once you reach pilot level 30, the game's level cap. Anthem's instructional spreadsheet shown below was released towards the end of January and broke down how people can play the game either at its full release or at an earlier date. Anthem has six total difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, Hard, Grand Master, Grand Master 2, and Grand Master 3. Different endgame objectives will reward you with crafting blueprints for gear and personalization items, while others reward you with the crafting materials and coin necessary to fashion those schematics into complete items. Contracts will allow players to increase their reputation with different factions, granting them access to crafting blueprints. Legendary contracts are larger, multi-part missions with bigger rewards.
