Christopher Larson, 33, was confronted by a police deputy in Holiday, Florida who found him sleeping behind the wheel of his running truck with his foot on the brake.

When deputies were able to rouse him from his sleep, he left the vehicle but did not put it in park.

According to police, Larson was found to have had a.28 blood alcohol content (BAC), which is triple the legal limit in Florida, which is.08.

After the tests, deputies arrested Larson on suspicion of DUI.

Larson later spoke with Fox 13 and said he would not call what he in the video dancing and would not comment on the arrest.

Larson also told police he was in Clearwater, 20 miles away from where he actually was. The deputy said the man's foot was on the brake pedal.

'You're not complete? OK, continue please until you complete it, ' the deputy says.

The deputy said it took some knocking on the window and shouting for the man to wake up. When ordered out of the auto, he got out - but since it was still in drive it began to roll forward.

After more twists, turns, side steps and full rotations, the video ends with Larson appearing to do something like walking lunges and squats in one final pass.

The deputy stopped the vehicle from hitting a gate by jumping in, himself, he said.

A field sobriety test was performed, and Larson appeared disoriented and did not follow proper instructions - even dancing along the line during the exercise, according to deputies.

After being arrested, the report said Larson admitted to drinking for several hours.
