Water Cooler Tesla expected to roll out 'Dog Mode'

Tesla shareholder T. Rowe Price cut its stake in half in the fourth quarter, a regulatory filing showed on Monday. The carmaker more than halved the division that delivers its electric vehicles to North American customers, two of the laid-off workers said.

According to two workers, who had been laid off during the process, said that about 150 employees out of a team of 230 workers had been sacrificed on January at the Las Vegas facility, who used to deliver thousands of Model 3s into the hands of Canadian and United States buyer.

Staff from Tesla's United Kingdom sales office have said that the EV maker is on track to start delivery for its best-selling Model 3 sedan in June 2019. The company is now prepared to expand to Europe and China.

"There are not enough deliveries", one of the former employees told Reuters.

This will come in addition to the Cabin Overheat Protection, a feature released in 2016 that ensures the cabin temperature does not exceed 40.5°C up to 12 hours after you leave your auto.

The European market will have one more EV model to consider now as Tesla announce that their Tesla Model 3 has been given the thumbs up in Europe and is expected to arrive next months.

The Model 3 is crucial to Tesla's plans for long-term profitability. Unfortunately, many potential buyers continue to wait for the output of the base model at that price, so at the moment, sales of electric cars subsided. The company also needed to impose price cuts on its Model 3 sedans to compensate for the elimination of federal tax incentives.

In absolute terms, Tesla Model 3 sales topped 140,000, with Chinese BAIC's EC-Series at about 90,000 vehicles and the Nissan Leaf slightly lower than that. As Tesla CEO and founder Elon Musk noted in May 2018, the EV maker has planned the Model 3 in such a way as to minimise disruption to its assembly lines when switching to RHD production.

Analysts say that if Tesla can produce a quality auto at this price, this will allow it to outdo the competitors and significantly increase sales.

Tesla workers around the company were reassigned to pitch in, that source said. The company said that they will focus on the demand for the cars this year.

Morgan Stanley, however, believes that emerging automakers in the electric auto market threatens the company's sustainability.

At the Model 3 launch in July 2017, Musk said over half a million buyers had put down deposits on the new auto. This may not seem like much but comes out to Baillie purchasing nearly 109,000 Tesla shares during the fourth quarter. However, Tesla has a reputation for shaking things up in the markets they enter.

Musk was no longer in Norway on February 11, the spokesman said. Presumably in the middle of this year, the market still appears Model 3 for 35 thousand dollars, then the demand for the products the company has to jump.

Asked about the reservations list last week by analysts, outgoing CFO Deepak Ahuja declined to disclose how many people remained, calling it "not relevant". A Tesla spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Musk's comments. Since Tesla is planning to compete with that, the new Tesla Model Y may also be an affordable SUV with the signature touch of Tesla's electric-powered and self-driving technology. The $7,500 credit dropped by half for Tesla on 1 January 2019.

The Tesla Model S and other cars from Tesla will benefit from the Dog Mode, another feature that will be introduced soon.
